So says the narrator of this National Geographic short video profile on Alex Honnold, considered the best free-solo rock climber who ever lived. And amazingly after the stunts he’s pulled off, like climbing the nose of Yosemite’s El Capitan with no rope, Honnold is still alive. We wish we knew his stay-calm-and-don’t stress secrets.
